Jeffrey W. Adams
   Bluffton, SC - Jeffrey William Adams, 49, of Bluffton died Monday (June 10, 2002) at his residence.
   He was born June 20, 1952, in Marietta to Richard C. Adams and Kathryn West Adams Heiskell. He was a certified public accountant and was employed by the Technical College of the Low Country in Beaufort, SC. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in accounting.
   He is survived by his father of Fredericksburg, VA; his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Heiskell of Delaware; one daughter, Whitney Jordan Adams of Aiken, SC; one brother, Michael Adams of Arlington, Mass., and one sister, Cynthia Adams of Columbus.
   Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 50 Pope Ave., Hilton Head, SC. 
   Sauls Funeral Home in Ridgeland, SC, is in charge of arrangements.
